This online course, developed by the International Autism Association (IAA), aims to provide professionals with the knowledge and skills to promote the rights and well-being of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. Through practical approaches, participants will learn evidence-based methods to improve the support and integration of individuals with special needs. The course consists of three thematic sections: The first section covers the fundamentals of neurodevelopmental disorders and their societal impact. The second section is dedicated to best practices in care and education, with a focus on individualized support. In the final section, participants will learn how to implement effective integration strategies in existing institutions.
